Zebutech EURL (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the POPcorn Crush mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information through Google Firebase Analytics, a third-party analytics service provided by Google LLC. This includes:

• Usage data: gameplay events such as game starts, game completions, scores, and feature usage (e.g., power-up activations, score sharing). These events do not contain personally identifiable information.
• Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, and language settings.
• Approximate location: country and region derived from your IP address (coarse location only — we do not collect precise GPS coordinates).
• App instance identifiers: a randomly generated identifier assigned to your app installation for analytics purposes. This identifier is not linked to your personal identity.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information.
• We do not require account creation or login.
• We do not collect precise location data (GPS).
• We do not collect the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
• We do not use cookies or web tracking technologies.
• We do not collect photos, contacts, or any data from other apps on your device.

How We Use Information

We use the automatically collected information solely to:

• Understand how players interact with the App (e.g., which game modes are most popular, average session length).
• Identify technical issues and improve App performance.
• Analyze geographic distribution of our player base to prioritize localization efforts.

We do not use this information for advertising, user profiling, or cross-app tracking.

Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase Analytics to process the automatically collected information described above. Google may process this data on servers located outside your country of residence. For more information on how Google handles data, please refer to:

We do not share your information with any other third parties.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained by Google Firebase for a period of 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be retained indefinitely for trend analysis.

Your local game data (high scores, session count) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. Uninstalling the App deletes this local data.

Children’s Privacy

POPcorn Crush is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The automatically collected analytics data described above does not include any personally identifiable information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt out of analytics data collection by disabling analytics in your device settings or by contacting us.

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information and do not require account creation, we generally do not hold data that can be linked to you as an individual.

For European Users (GDPR)

Our legal basis for processing automatically collected data is our legitimate interest in understanding App usage and improving our service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You have the right to object to this processing by contacting us.

For California Users (CCPA)

We do not sell personal information. The automatically collected analytics data described above constitutes the only “personal information” as defined by the CCPA that we process.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
